Under the able leadership and guidance of Principal Mr. D.S. Nandeshwar , PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya, Ordnance Factory , Bhusawal conducted various sessions for the counselling of the students of classes 9th to 12th. Guidance and career counselling session was held on 1st February 2024, under this session psychometric test was also taken by approximately 245 students of classes 9 to 12 . The Bhagirath counselling centre helped in conducting the psychometric test where various types of questions related to the career options were asked by the students and detailed report card was also furnished by the Bhagirath counselling centre.
Individual counselling of the students with parents was also conducted in presence of Principal sir , HM sir and Special Educator, Jyoti Mam where they were given the guidance by the counsellor on 8 February 2024. The guest speaker, Dr.Rashmi Sharma was called for the guidance and career counselling session who had an experience of 32 years of teaching in Bhusawal Nahta Commerce College. This session was held on 27th of January 2024.
Career counselling session helped each and every individual to understand one’s self, as well as the world of work, to choose the right career. It helped the students to analyze their strengths, interests, abilities and skills. These career counselling sessions proved to be informative, inspiring and equipping students and parents with the knowledge of different new and upcoming career options. Psychometric tests and personalized counseling held in the school proved to be very helpful for both students and parents.
